Work-Family Conflict

One of my favorite retreats to facilitate has been on Work-Family Conflict (WFC). Why? Well, for one, I think it’s something we all struggle with at some level, yet infrequently discuss. ¬†Second, recent research suggests are starting to acknowledge these concerns, more than ever.

For an excellent report on this topic entitled “The New Dad: Caring, Committed and Conflicted,” led by Professor Brad Harrington at Boston College, click here.

Below is a description of a workshop I co-facilitated with my good friend and former student, Dr. Ryan McKelley. We welcome inquiries of how to adapt this program for your own organization. To download a .pdf version, click here.
